Had 2 tickets in SF that they couldnt fix!!! Waste of time!!!

This is an amazing app and i would recommend this to anyone. Who knows when youll get a parking ticket and hey they do traffic tickets now too!! Beat 3 out of 5 of my tickets. Thanks fixed!!!!

These guys left me a flyer saying "do not pay this ticket" basically saying I should try the app instead. I installed the app, have had it for some time now.. In the time I have had it, I have not had a SINGLE successful contest, in fact I even got ANOTHER fine of which I wasnt even aware of, no ticket was given to me on my car but it showed up on my app as an additional fine... Seems fishy to me and honestly was a complete scam and waste of my time I wish I could say better things about this app, the concept is truly neat but the execution is just plain terrible.

I tried the app. Full of bugs! They took so long with their process, my license was suspended. After I finally paid the ticket in full plus the late fee, FixIt finally sent a message stating they got the ticket dismissed. I spoke to the Dept and no one dismissed anything. Ummm stop lying!

I had high hopes for this app, and I wouldve love to see someone come in and disrupt the ridiculous ticket system here in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, Im still waiting for that to happen. The app interface is not intuitive. I found myself tapping all over the screen just trying to find elements that would actually do something. Not only that, but it took them six full days just to tell me that the ticket I submitted was outside of their coverage area. I can only assume that this means that it took an entire six days just to look at my ticket. Id love to see this app improve, and its possible that other people have had better experiences with it, but my experience felt like a waste of time.

Waste of my time and also now have my CC info stored with a random startup. They emailed me day before my ticket was due that they couldnt file. Im not going to wait until a day before the tickets due for this app (that Im using for the first time) to file a ticket contest.. They also never responded to my multiple support requests asking for a status update. They had 3 weeks to file and waited until the last day

Provided photos as proof, still lost contest. Had another ticket and they didnt serve that city within L.A. Not worth your time. Dont recommend.

Even when you dont scan your tickets , they appear here and you can protest them which is really easy and awesome so like that I will never forget to pay a ticket

I used to be able to enter my cars but the option doesnt seem to be available, and its not clear if thats intentional in the upgrade . I restarted the app and it appeared but I couldnt get to the screen again to rename or add vehicles to monitor. You used to be able to supply additional photos or documents after submitting a ticket but that doesnt seem to exist either. The good thing is the app works and its easy enough to submit a ticket.

Submitted more than 4 tickets none of them were resolved.

Ive tried to fight my parking tickets my self many times, and most of the time it ends in a loss for me. This app fought a ticket that I thought I was going to lose for sure and won. It is about time there is something “us” the people can do to fight back against the cities parking ticket monopoly!

Fixed used to be a great service and then they discontinued most of the functionality that provided value in San Francisco. They are no longer monitoring my plate for tickets and are not doing anything about them automatically as they used to. No need for this service. Im sure it was some SF regulation and not Fixed but the end result of the changes are that this app is most likely getting deleted. Used to be a great service. RIP

This is a wonderful idea and it just works. What really brought me to review it was the excellent and attentive customer service. I recommend this to everyone. Good job Fixed!!
