I really wanted to like this app…

I had high hopes for this app, and I wouldve love to see someone come in and disrupt the ridiculous ticket system here in Los Angeles. Unfortunately, Im still waiting for that to happen.

The app interface is not intuitive. I found myself tapping all over the screen just trying to find elements that would actually do something.

Not only that, but it took them six full days just to tell me that the ticket I submitted was outside of their coverage area. I can only assume that this means that it took an entire six days just to look at my ticket.

Id love to see this app improve, and its possible that other people have had better experiences with it, but my experience felt like a waste of time.
