I saw other reviews however this app saved my drivers license which would have been revoked
I had a summons for an illegal u-turn which were going to be four point on my license, and the attorney provided by the app was able to get those charges dismiss.

Some bad moments

Submitted a ticket. $300 charge later and the attorney didnt get anything resolved despite being handed the case. Evidence was overwhelmingly shown to prove innocence including two HD in car dash cams and nada. Dont waste your time or money. Could have fought ticket myself and would have won. Appeal time.
I saw this on shark tank, installed it only to find out it doesnt work for parking tickets and looking at the reviews it doesnt work well for other tickets either
first - I submitted a parking ticket. I got an email saying they would reply within 2-4 business hours. I did not get a response until acouple of days later, saying that they cannot help me because they cant fight parking tickets... even though parking ticket is one of the main options on the app. So I decided to give them a second chance and I submitted a another ticket. this time not a parking ticket and I am yet to even get a response. I ended up paying for the ticket because it had a pay by date and they did not even respond to me. Extremely frustrating!!!
This app is Useless. Scanned a traffic ticket, 3 weeks and no response. Called, emailed, tweeted; nothing. Dont forgo answering your ticket hoping they are working on it, they are not and youll be charged a late fees.
This app is useless. They no longer respond to ur emails inquiries about ticket status! Let alone they would help u fight them. Could have protested on my own and won!
First of all they have stopped the support for parking tickets! Secondly, their traffic lawyers are terrible. I have used 5 or 6 different traffic lawyers in the past for numerous tickets and never seen such unprofessionalism. The app is only for lawyer suggestion, after the initial introduction, you talk to the lawyer they have selected directly. Initially I was happy that they have charged much less than what my other layers where proposing, but at the end, they have negotiated a ticket such a way that I have payed probably at least $75 more than what it was suppose to be. So Im disappointed and wont use this app again.
