Scam and waste of time

These guys left me a flyer saying "do not pay this ticket" basically saying I should try the app instead. I installed the app, have had it for some time now.. In the time I have had it, I have not had a SINGLE successful contest, in fact I even got ANOTHER fine of which I wasnt even aware of, no ticket was given to me on my car but it showed up on my app as an additional fine... Seems fishy to me and honestly was a complete scam and waste of my time

I wish I could say better things about this app, the concept is truly neat but the execution is just plain terrible.
