Extremely Disappointed

first - I submitted a parking ticket. I got an email saying they would reply within 2-4 business hours. I did not get a response until acouple of days later, saying that they cannot help me because they cant fight parking tickets... even though parking ticket is one of the main options on the app.
So I decided to give them a second chance and I submitted a another ticket. this time not a parking ticket and I am yet to even get a response. I ended up paying for the ticket because it had a pay by date and they did not even respond to me. Extremely frustrating!!!
