Ugh!

The only one that loves this app is " Ticketfighter84" and based on their name Im pretty sure its the app developer that gave it a 5 star review. What a joke! Even free this app costs more than its worth. :( If my speeding ticket is $110 but your fee to get out of it is $150.. Whats the point? This isnt well thought out at all.
