Did nothing for me

This app is pointless. I used it to try to fight a ticket I got for a meter situation. I never got any response either way regarding the status of my contest of the ticket. I just kept getting notifications from Fixed that they had still not heard anything, and then communication just stopped. Seems useless to me.
